cant find a certain commission type? Kofi is where all my YCH, and other forms of commissions are at! They open spontaneously, twitter is the best for updates on this!

Hello! My name is Mely or "Oniimely" and I am a fulltime Freelance artist/vtuber!I was Born and raised in Minnesota! I'm a silly demon digital artist who loves to draw cute YCH, anime gorls and cute characters! I also like to stream on twitch, where I often stream art and Minecraft. Something to know about me is that I have a generalized/ social anxiety disorder so I tend to get nervous around a lot of people but I still try my best to be outgoing and meet lots of new people! ;u;

Terms And Service

MUST HAVE EXISTING REFERENCE SHEET OR CHARACTER IMAGE✦I will no longer create a character from scratch using description alone. Use of FFXIV as references will either be declined or given a fee as these characters are too complex or don't have enough clear reference photos. I also will either decline or add on a fee for IRL pictures as refs.COMMISSIONS ARE NOT ON A FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS✦I choose which commissions to work with depending on the availability of references, time needed to complete a commission, and other factors.
✦ I will send the full art file through email or discord unless clarified to receive the file in a different format.REVISION POLICY
I only allow three small revisions to be made before the coloring phase, any more revisions will be subjected to a fee as it is time-consuming to go back and edit drawings past the sketch phase.

A: PROCESS

✦I only accept commissions through Paypal Invoicing in USD, or through Kofi. I ask to be paid upfront and will only start on the piece once payment has been processed. (excluding some commission types.)✦When requesting a commission inquiry, please have all details laid out as much as possible. Including what you want, refs/images, and timeframe you need it by if there is one.✦If Commission is accepted, Please pay the invoice/quote within 5 days or else I will cancel the commission.✦If I dont reply to your request once slots are filled and you still want to commisison me later on, ask about waitlists. I'll try and get back to you!✦ I reserve the right the decline/turn down a commission request if I believe I am unable to fulfill it, find the request hateful/offensive or feel uncomfortable in any way.✦Commissions vary in completion time, but be prepared to wait. Otherwise commissioning me wont be the best, I do send wips and progress shots throughout the wait but again, patience is needed.✦Please give credit to me (@oniimely) as the artist whenever possible.

This includes OC's, Gift art, Fanart of creators or characters from shows, furrys, etc.✦PLEASE be patient when it comes to updates, Ive had some clients be a bit overbearing with asking for updates every day and it can be very stressful and wont be willing to work with someone who isn't willing to be patient. I am always trying my best to get to everyone's commissions as fast as I can.✦ NO REFUNDS ARE ALLOWED UNLESS THE PIECE HAS NOT YET BEEN STARTED- When commissioning me, you acknowledge that I do not offer refunds if the piece has been started.✦You're not allowed to redistribute or resell these commissions unless commercial rights have been purchased.✦ I DO NOT CONSENT TO MY ART BEING USED AS NFTS NOR IN AI GENERATORS!!

Commercial Rights

COMMERCIAL RIGHT FEES
✦Commercial Right fees vary from case to case but for most YCH, it is a flat fee of $100 for a single base. However in most cases the commercial fee is quoted on a case by case basis. Please contact me if you wish to discuss these fees.USAGE POLICY
✦When purchasing commercial use, the client has the ability to use it for: Streaming platforms such as twitch, promotion, Create merch etc. They do NOT have the permission to use it to Mint, Sell or use the commission in anyway for NFTs, Blockchain,Cryptocurrerncy or to Train AI.PERSONAL USAGE
✦For non-commercial pieces, clients can use the commissioned artwork for personal use only. They may also use it for their socials, and vtuber schedules.✦Client may not reproduce, redistribute, make derivatives, or use artwork commercially (meaning you may not monetize or make money off the artwork) unless commercial rights are purchased.✦I reserve the right to use the commissioned artwork for self-promotion (Such as examples for future comms)

I reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without acknowledgement from you. By commissioning me, you agree to all of the above Terms and Conditions.

  • Includes four transparent reactionary drawings that can be used to stream with.

  • Basic pngtuber comes with mouth open and closed for talking, and blinking frames too.

  • If you wish to give me entire artistic freedom to me to create a pony based on your character, this will also be $200.

  • Text included, along with version without it.

  • Files include: All together, one without the mascots, one without background, and one without text.

  • Outfit is usually changed in colors to match the vibe and colors of the mascots. Can work with client to create an outfit combo, or can be provided by client, or given artistic freedom for no added cost.

  • Can have the piece not color coordinated, but results will not look like the examples provided.

  • Turnaround is 2-7 weeks

  • Must have an existing character/ref for the plush to be based off on OR an animal+color scheme in mind.

  • Will be working closely with client to design a plush design that they desire!
